Working out of Colliers International’s Downtown Minneapolis office, Nils Snyder strives to meet the needs of clients throughout the metro area. Nils has excellent analytical and technical skills which allow him to provide accurate, insightful market research and analysis while interpreting the data for his clients’ short and long term goals. His expertise includes tenant representation (from the site search selection process, through and including the negotiation phase, for both a purchase or lease transaction), as well as marketing properties for owners. Since joining Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh) in 1999, Snyder has completed more than 6.5 million square feet in transactions with values over $600 million.
In addition to working with landlords and tenants, Nils helps clients to evaluate development opportunities in the metro area. Typical development projects include 25,000 to 45,000 square foot medical professional office buildings. Nils recently co-developed a medical professional building of 25,000 square feet in the Lakeville market as well as a 6,000 SF medical clinic on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul.
